The open Method Finder has been rebuilt around the complete Methodfield method library. Its deterministic rules now cover all 25 published methods rather than the original 15.
A more complete diagnosis
The bilingual questionnaire evaluates eight factors: desired outcome, state of the challenge, system level, available evidence, consequences of error, participation mode, working time and reversibility.
The result explains strong fits, compatible conditions and gaps for every factor. It also shows triggered cautions, hard contraindications and a confidence band. The score is an explainable fit assessment—not a probability that a method will succeed.
A practical learning sequence
The primary recommendation now links directly to its extended guide, path lesson and practice case. Supporting methods are selected by an explicit role: use them before the primary method to prepare evidence, alongside it for another lens or after it to continue the work.
The Finder remains available without registration. It uses versioned server-side rules and sends no questionnaire answers or free-text business information to analytics.
