Five new methods connect operational excellence with safe AI automation

Methodfield now includes Value Stream Mapping, Theory of Constraints, FMEA, Mistake Proofing and PDCA/PDSA as complete bilingual learning and practice systems.

Methodfield has expanded the Business Methods Library from fifteen to twenty methods. The new release adds:

More than five reference pages

Each method is delivered as a complete bilingual learning system: an extended guide, a path lesson, a ten-question assessment with advanced scenarios, a private workspace template and a guided practice case. The four operations methods also open the previously planned Operational Excellence learning path; PDSA extends Problem Solving Foundations.

The source package was adapted to Methodfield's production content model. Broken public image references were replaced with accessible diagrams, source claims were checked against primary and authoritative material, and the assessment packs were expanded from six to ten questions so they meet the published-content standard.

Five new protected visual guides

The original draft images contained embedded English labels. They were not published. Five new text-free visual plates were generated in the established Methodfield visual system, checked against the logic of each method and connected to the existing registered-member infographic view.

English and Russian explanatory text, the Methodfield identity and the member watermark remain runtime layers. This preserves language parity and the same protected-view behaviour already used by the first fifteen methods.
