Why these five belong together
The set forms a practical management chain:

The chain is not a mandatory sequence. Enter where uncertainty is greatest. Balanced Scorecard fits a strategy that needs a measurement system. Service Blueprint fits a service promise that depends on hidden delivery. Premortem fits a concrete plan whose failure knowledge may be suppressed. CPM fits a one-off dependency network. Kanban fits recurring demand and excess work in progress.
No duplicate methods
The boundaries are deliberate:
- Balanced Scorecard is a persistent strategy-management system; OKR creates time-bound commitments.
- Service Blueprint joins customer and delivery layers; Customer Journey Mapping focuses experience, SIPOC the boundary and Value Stream Mapping flow.
- Premortem elicits prospective failure mechanisms; FMEA, Bow-Tie and PDPC deepen different forms of analysis.
- CPM models a project schedule; Theory of Constraints addresses a recurring system constraint.
- Kanban governs live pull and WIP; Lean is the wider management system and VSM is a diagnostic map.
Premortem already existed in Methodfield as a short working-session exercise. The new method package does not reproduce that exercise: it connects it to a full guide, lesson, assessment, scored case, workspace and risk-governance hand-offs.

Each protected guide follows the public page heading by heading. The ten method steps have separate chapter markers, while examples, limitations, AI boundaries, checklists and references remain in page order. Access is checked for every request and the MP3 files are served with private, no-store caching.
Evidence and AI boundaries
A strategy-map arrow is a hypothesis, not proof. A blueprint is validated against customer and operational evidence. Premortem mention frequency is not probability. A critical path is conditional on current logic, calendars, durations and resources. An SLE is probabilistic, not a guaranteed date.
AI may organise approved evidence, compare versions, calculate validated networks and surface contradictions or ageing work. It does not receive authority to invent causality, customer behaviour, risk probability, delivery commitments or priority exceptions.
