Methodfield has expanded the Business Methods Library from twenty to twenty-five methods and opened the Better Decision Making learning path.
The release adds:
- Kepner-Tregoe Decision Analysis for separating mandatory requirements, weighted preferences and adverse consequences;
- Pairwise Comparison for focused ranking under one explicit criterion;
- Delphi Method for structured expert judgement that preserves uncertainty and disagreement;
- Vroom-Yetton-Jago Decision Model for choosing and communicating participation rights;
- Process Decision Program Chart for extending an implementation plan with executable problem branches.
Complete learning and practice systems
Each method includes an extended guide, a sequenced path lesson, ten assessment questions, a guided practice case, a private workspace template and a documented claim review. The English source package has been adapted into Methodfield's production content model and fully localised in Russian without changing route identity or evidence limitations.
New protected visual guides
The source diagrams contained embedded English labels, so they were retained as source material rather than used in the bilingual interface. Five new text-free 1254×1254 visual plates were generated in the established Methodfield system and checked against the actual logic of each method.
Registered members can open each plate in the protected infographic view. English or Russian explanatory content, Methodfield branding and the individual watermark remain runtime layers.
